This complimentary 15-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to briefly connect and determine whether my services are a good fit for your needs.
For therapy clients, this time is designed to help you ask questions, share what’s bringing you in, and get a sense of my approach and style. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, and this space allows you to explore that decision in a supportive, low-pressure way.
For mental health professionals and businesses, the consultation offers a chance to discuss your goals, explore potential collaboration or support services, and identify how I can best assist your practice or organization.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual or organization. During our call, I aim to create a comfortable and respectful environment where you feel heard, informed, and empowered to take your next step.
There is no obligation to continue after the consultation—this is simply a space to explore your options and make the decision that feels right for you.
Full therapy and/or consulting sessions are 53–60 minutes in length and are offered at a rate of $99 per session.
These sessions provide dedicated time to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive, confidential, and nonjudgmental space. Together, we will work at your pace to better understand your concerns, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to what feels most helpful for you. Sessions may focus on increasing self-awareness, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and building resilience.
Consistency is an important part of the therapeutic process, and sessions are typically scheduled on a weekly or biweekly basis, depending on your goals and preferences.
